At Kamdhenu Gauveda, we take the utmost care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. Each item is prepared and packed with a deep commitment to quality and purity, rooted in our Ayurvedic values and traditional processes.
Due to the nature of our products, we follow a no return, no refund policy. However, if a product is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Damaged or Incorrect Products Received:
If your order arrives in a damaged condition or if you have received an incorrect product:
- Please WhatsApp us at 8780815675 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly attach clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days.
We may issue a replacement or store credit (valid for a future purchase), depending on the situation. Refunds will not be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Products that are opened or used.
- Products returned without proper verification.
- Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details.
Please note that Ayurvedic and handcrafted products may naturally vary in colour, aroma, or texture due to their authentic nature. These variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as we begin processing immediately. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
